Athletic:
We have a floorball club in Austin that I’m trying
to promote. I know floorball is popular in Scandinavia, if it’s possible to list our club in your
newsletter or website I’d appreciate it. Here are the details:
Austin Floorball Club - Floorball is a fast paced team sport that is simply
described as a safe version of floor hockey. It is played indoors on foot
using lightweight plastic sticks and a whiffle
ball. The rules are easy to learn and there is no physical contact. It's a
great coed game and it's very addictive. A basic floorball
stick is provided; all you need to bring is a pair of sneakers. Info at www.austinfloorball.com
, or email Jeff Morris at austin_floorball@yahoo.com
